Robert Everest 'The World on Seven Strings'

In 2010, Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening worked with Minneapolis, MN-based guitarrist and singer Robert Everest on his album 'The World on Seven Strings'. Andrew engineered, mixed, and co-produced the album.
​
Robert is a world class linguist and sings fluently in seven languages on the album. His resonant tenor voice is accompanied by his seven string Brazilian guitar; the low string adds an added depth and allows Robert to play bass lines, as well expressive melodies and harmonies, on his guitar. Aleks Tengesdal Live at The Underground, Duluth

Sound and Sight, LLC president Andrew Turpening engineered, mixed, produced, and mastered a live cello album of Minnesota-based cellist Aleks Tengesdal in 2010 at The Underground in Duluth, MN. Several of the tracks can be played on the music player below. Aleks is an expert in the modern cello repertoire and an world class improviser - he also performed on Andrew's band enTraance's debut album 'Nebraska' on the track 'Arbor, Robra' (to listen to this track, please click on 'enTraance' under the 'Projects' tab).
